The role supports customer reporting and claims management, chassis utilization analysis, and non-conformance case handling under the direction of the team manager. Responsibilities Prepare and respond to reports based on requests from Our Client customers, following task allocation and direction from the team manager Analyze chassis utilization status and manage overall usage efficiency Maintain and track the Claim List, ensuring timely progress updates and resolution Collect and manage supporting documents for claims from shipping lines, carriers, and warehouse operations Register and manage non-conformance cases in the system, including monitoring the status of non-conformance and claim records Perform all other tasks as assigned Qualifications Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field (preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Compensation $50,000-80,000 a year depending on qualifications and experience Benefits Health, Dental, and Vision PPO Insurance Life, STD, LTD Insurance 401(K) Plan Paid Time Off Additional Paid Time Off (Bereavement, Wedding, Birth of a Child, etc.) Years of Service Awards Education Assistant Program (Based on Eligibility)
