  • Process and manage sales orders in SAP and Salesforce
  • Validate pricing, terms, and order accuracy before booking
  • Coordinate shipments, inventory, and order priorities with internal teams
  • Communicate order status, lead times, and updates to customers and sales teams
  • Generate reports, proforma invoices, and track outstanding orders Qualifications for the
Order Management Specialist:
  • 3–5 years of order processing or customer service experience
  • Experience with SAP (preferred) and Salesforce (preferred)
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
