Your Role:

Vendor Relations Specialist We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and dedicated Vendor Relations Specialist. If you're buzzing with energy and excited about working in the world of tech, you're just the person we want! Your role will be all about making our vendor operations run like clockwork and taking our relationships with partners to the next level.

What You'll Be Up To:

Create purchase orders and process purchase requests. Reconcile purchase receipts against vendor bills. Prepare back up documents for all billing. Evaluates vendor logistical and performance capabilities. Establishes vendor monitoring and tracking processes. Assesses vendor performance via operational audits to ensure continuous improvement. Develop, manage, and maintain strong relationships with internal team members as well as vendors. Participate in ad hoc special projects and miscellaneous purchasing projects. What You Bring Excellent decision-making and critical thinking skills. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively and independently. Exceptional attention to detail and sound judgement. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Excel. Accuracy with required record keeping.

Preferred:

1 year of experience in negotiation and purchasing (but if you've got the passion, we want to hear from you).
