Northrop Grumman Mission System (NGMS) AMS Division is seeking a qualified and motivated professional for the role of Senior Principal Supply Chain Planning Specialist supporting Cabin Fever within the Advanced Radar Systems OU in Baltimore, MD. Roles and Responsibilities (Including but not limited to): Managing, reporting, and forecasting material cost/performance of assigned program(s) Managing the material budget for contract requirements while supporting baseline/EVMS requirements Acting as the CAM with program

activities Analyzing lead times and identifying critical path procurements Managing on time req release, PO placements, and PO delivery dates to maintain program schedule Interfacing/collaborating with other functions of the program team including but not limited to contracts, finance, engineering, operations, quality, scheduling, etc. Developing and understanding the execution strategy and structures Representing Northrop Grumman and presenting in program management reviews (PMRs) and leadership briefings (internal/external) Maintaining a strong business acumen and ability to operate in a fast-paced production environment #MPR Basic Qualifications for
Senior Principal Supply Chain Planning Specialist:
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 years of professional experience in supply chain management, project management, and/or business management OR Master's degree with a minimum of 6 years of professional experience in supply chain management, project management, and/or business management Cost Accounting Management (CAM) experience Previous experience in Supply Chain, Business or Operations, or Financial Planning Experience in SAP (or any other ERP system) U.S.
Citizenship Preferred Qualifications Senior Principal Supply Chain Planning Specialist:
Material management experience Experience in Federal and Defense contracting requirements including
ITAR, DOS
licenses, FAR and DFARS. Experience with cost, schedule, variance reporting Experience coaching teams and leading change initiatives with demonstrated results Must be eligible to obtain and maintain security clearance.
Primary Level Salary Range:
$112,200.00 - $168,200.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
