JOB DUTIES
Development of an optimal factory plan for both the short term (13 weeks) and long term (24 months) to fulfill market demands, while considering factory capacity and constraints, including trade-offs between service, inventory, and costs. Leverage the understanding of existing and future capacity plans/constraints (RCCP) at the manufacturing plant and distribution network and assess how production capacity can be flexed to meet demand. Manages exceptions and other activities related to production planning ensuring
SEMI/FINI
availability for the master production plan, in line with MRP parameters and supplier contracts. Ensure master data correctness and proper housekeeping of transactional data. Ensure good communication and integration with other planning teams, manufacturing (scheduling), logistics, customer care and other stakeholders. Drive MDI meeting and gate keeping meetings with other departments and support with providing relevant KPI's to measure performance. Support projects and process improvement to enhance performance and efficiency of required planning activities (SLOBs, Inventories & Service across scope site / supply points). Work in close collaboration with manufacturing.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field of study and 3 years of experience in production planning, supply chain management, or manufacturing operations. Employer will accept pre-Bachelor's experience. Applicants must have demonstrated experience with: 1) 3 years of experience in chemical manufacturing unit operations project management. 2) 3 years of experience with supply planning in
SAP/ERP. 3
) 2 years of experience with IBP processes management, including coordinating teams and managing stakeholders. 4) 2 years of experience with inventory ABC-XYZ and safety stock policy management. 5) 2 years of experience using supply planning tools including Blue Yonder Enterprise Supply Planning or equivalent. 6) 2 years of experience in project and change management, utilizing PMI methodology or Scrum Framework. 7) 1 year of experience with advance Reporting Tools, including Power BI and Data Analytics. 8) 1 year of experience with Excel VBA. Any and all experience may be gained concurrently.

Annual salary range:
$88,000 - $128,700/yr. based upon experience. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.
