Job Description

As we continue to grow and expand, we're looking for a Sales & Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the administration duties required to ensure we are operating efficiently and liaising with the UK as needed.
Your duties will include:
  • Processing orders and liaising with customer service in the UK.
  • Liaising directly with customers regarding order updates.
  • Using ERP system (E8) to register stock transfers, samples and good received.
  • Answering incoming company calls and responding to emails.
  • Booking outgoing and incoming shipments - experience in this is an advantage.
  • Ordering and maintaining stocks of warehouse and office supplies.
  • Generating and logging POs for supplies and services.
  • Printing and collation of completed service and production sheets.
  • Sending and tracking all invoices to UK accounts for payment.
  • Collating agency staff time sheets.
  • Collecting and logging all works orders in E8.
  • Collaborating with team members to implement lean manufacturing practices for efficiency.

The successful candidate should have the following skills and experience:
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills. Experience in working with MS Office packages, particularly word and excel. Ability to work well both as part of a team and independently. A flexible approach and strong organizational skills.
  • An ability to identify and implement improvements, adapting positively to change.
  • A desire to learn new skills and adapt as the company grows.
  • Have an enthusiastic personality with a can-do attitude.
