Job Description

Job Description We are seeking a Logistician to serve as key personnel on this proposal, responsible for property accountability, procurement compliance, and supply operations in direct support of the
MACC-TTE
mission. This role manages property accountability and inventory, executes procurement actions in compliance with federal acquisition regulations, and works directly with government stakeholders to support mission-critical operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage the cyclic inventory, accountability, and dispersion of all property associated with the MACC-TTEManage the procurement process using systems such as Computer Hardware, Enterprise Software Solutions (CHESS) and General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) for goods and services required by the governmentEnsure compliance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS)Collaborate with various stakeholders, conduct market research, and execute contracts to support government missions effectively and efficientlyPerform all functions of a supply operation in support of an Army activity, including ordering, receiving, storing, and issuing suppliesTake actions to expedite receipt of parts and research alternative sources for itemsPerform property accountability functions, including hand receipt procedures and inventories of all types of Army property
QualificationsClearance:
Active Secret clearance required
Education:
High School Diploma/GED, and/or a degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field, or equivalent minimum experience as listed below
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience within the Army Supply and Services Career Management FieldMinimum 3 years of experience in procurement or contracting, preferably within a government or military environmentExperience performing all functions of a supply operation supporting an Army activity, including ordering, receiving, storing, and issuing suppliesExperience expediting receipt of parts and researching alternative sources for itemsExperience performing property accountability functions, including hand receipt procedures and inventories of all types of Army propertyStrong understanding of FAR, DFARS, Army procurement policies and procedures, and the CHESS system Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.#CJAt MAXISIQ, inclusion drives innovation.
