7:00a-3:30p Various Days, rotating weekend Posted 05/11/2026 Req # 7632 Job Summary This position will maintain a sufficient level of medical supply items for each customer in an organized manner. Maintain neat and organized files on each customer with timely updates. Maintain correct levels of inventory for distribution to customers. Delivers correct medical supply item to correct department and other duties as assigned. Minimum Job Requirements High school diploma or it's equivalent. Valid driver's License and proof of insurance with the minimum liability limits detailed in the Administrative Policy on "Insurance Coverage Required for Use of Employee Owned Vehicles." Preferred Job Requirements Skills / Knowledge / Abilities Excellent communication skills to effectively and tactfully communicate with patients and their families and guests, co-workers, managers, Hospital Administrators, providers, consultants, business associates and regulatory agencies presenting a professional image as a representative of Marion Health. Interpersonal skills necessary in order to carry out duties in a professional manner, as well as the ability to work well under stress. Excellent time management, and organizational skills. Ability to problem solve, multi-task in a fast-paced setting and work well in a team environment. Ability to negotiate effective working relationships and develop positive resolution to conflict. Highly developed computer skills to include proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn and proficiently perform computer applications related to department operations and job function. Excellent customer service skills. High degree of accuracy with concentration and close attention to detail. Ability to be discreet and protect the integrity of any confidential matter or information encountered during the performance of job duties. Working Conditions Typical office and clinical/hospital environment with frequent standing and walking. Work subject to interruptions and high stress levels. Ability to work occasional extended hours, evenings and/or weekends based on the needs of the department. Exposed to cold and hot weather with occasional handling of toxic chemicals. Risk of occupational exposure to blood/body fluids and other potentially infectious, electrical and radiation hazards. Works with protected health information. Ability to work occasional extended hours, evening and/or weekends based on the needs of the department. Physical and Mental Activities, Tools and Equipment Use of personal computer and other standard office equipment. Lifts supplies or equipment.
