Logistics Clerk /
Administrative Support Introduction:

Qualified Staffing is currently hiring Logistics Clerk / Administrative Support Associates to support daily warehouse and transportation operations—and we want you!

Training Schedule:
Monday - Saturday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PMTraining is expected to last approximately two months due to the volume of processes and systems involved.

Schedule flexibility and weekend availability are required.
Position Summary:
The Logistics Clerk / Administrative Support role supports warehouse and transportation operations by coordinating driver check-ins and check-outs, processing inventory transactions, and providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
Responsibilities:
  • Check truck drivers in and out for incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Process and manage Transfer Orders (TOs) within the SAP inventory system
  • Maintain accurate inventory, shipment, and operational records
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to warehouse and logistics teams
  • Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse personnel, and office staff
  • Assist with data entry, reporting, filing, and documentation
  • Support daily operations and assist with special projects as assigned
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and inventory control processes
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in clerical, logistics, warehouse administration, transportation, or customer service preferred
  • SAP experience is a plus
  • Excel experience beneficial but not required
  • Strong computer and data entry skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to learn new processes quickly and retain information
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Excellent attendance and reliability required
  • Must be flexible with scheduling and willing to work weekends
