Inver Grove Heights, MN (On-site) / McPherson, Kansas (On-site) Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Transportation Billing Coordinator to support day-to-day billing and customer account activities within our transportation operations team. This role focuses on processing transactions, resolving discrepancies, and working closely with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely billing. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, ideal for someone with experience in billing, invoicing, or logistics operations. Responsibilities Review and resolve road and rail ticket discrepancies Process billing corrections and return load memos Support Collections and Credit teams with invoice-related inquiries Maintain and update customer information in SAP Work within Truck Transportation System (TMS) to manage transactions Respond to customer service emails and assist with invoice and ticket questions Partner with sales teams to resolve ticket posting issues Complete month-end tasks, including closing expired contracts and running reports Required Qualifications 1-3+ years of experience in billing, invoicing, or operations support Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve discrepancies Comfortable working with high-volume, repetitive tasks Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple teams Basic proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) Experience in transportation, logistics, or freight billing Familiarity with rail or trucking operations
