Summary:
Responsible for working closely with contact administrators and engineering personnel to design a reliable, yet, cost efficient manufacturing processes to meet customer final product requirements by performing the following duties.
Responsibilities:
Duties and Responsibilities:
Analyzes and develops planning from customer requirements. Establishes Product Configuration Control Information (PCCI). Creates Bill of Material (BOM) for each individual product. Plans sequence of manufacturing processes. Identifies planned operation support requirements. Maintains and/or upkeeps planning database. Reviews customer change notifications and updates accordingly. Produces accurate and detailed working instructions to achieve efficient process flow. Participates in the improvement process by documenting process changes in planning. Proposes feasible solutions for future overall process improvements.

Must be able to read customer provided drawing Proficient in use of MRP system Knowledgeable in various manufacturing processes Capable of readings portable measuring equipment

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to a shop - office environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
