Full-time Full-time Benefits Include:

Summary:
The Operations Planner is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining operational plans that ensure efficiency, productivity and cost-effectiveness across various departments. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals.
Required Qualifications/Experiences:
Ability to work in a team environment, as well as having the ability to lead a team. Excellent interpersonal skills and be able to relate respectfully, cordially, and freely with people (customers, employees, and vendors inclusive) Proven ability to lead and motivate Exhibits a high level of flexibility and an ability to multi-task Able to work with little or no supervision Must possess good reasoning and problem-solving abilities Working knowledge of supply chain experience Ability to effectively use different database programs and possess strong Microsoft Excel skills A minimum of 3 years working experience in a similar position Must posses the required certification needed in fields like supply chain, project management, or business management. Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering, supply chain, or equivalent Excellent computer knowledge (Excel, Microsoft Project, ERP) Written and verbal communication, math, reading, and spelling skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Proficiency in data analysis and reporting Project management skills Understanding of operational metrics and KPI's Time and Task Management Skills Posses good professional judgment Possess a good attitude/work ethic Ability to work well independently Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands and inventory targets. Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure timely availability of materials. Monitor production progress and make adjustments as necessary to stay on schedule. Analyze production date to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance to resolve production issues Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly production reports Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards Manage inventory levels to minimize excess stock and reduce cost Facilitate communication between production teams and management Participate in cross-functional team meeting to discuss production goals and strategies Other duties as assigned by leadership team.
