Are you a detail-oriented professional with a commitment to safety? We are looking for a Bulk Materials Logistics Specialist to lead our inbound and outbound bulk operations. High SchoolResponsibilitiesInbound Bulk Operations (Rail & Tank Truck) Unload bulk raw materials safely per SOPs. Verify shipments (BOL, POs, COAs) and coordinate schedules with Procurement. Manage rail activity via BNSF portal to minimize demurrage. Coordinate sample approvals with the Lab and complete inventory transactions. Outbound Bulk Shipments (Customer Orders) Lead outbound tank truck loading operations. Operate, monitor, and maintain bulk loading/unloading equipment. Validate and load finished products per sales orders and safety protocols. Coordinate schedules, documentation, and transactions with Logistics/Production. Tank Farm & Inventory Management Monitor tank levels and usage rates to support planning and prevent shortages. Enforce FIFO principles and support physical inventory counts. Safety, Compliance & Support Follow health/safety protocols, wear PPE (including fall protection), and report issues. Inspect and clean tanks, piping, valves, containment areas, and equipment. Safely operate forklifts; support general warehouse duties as needed.
