Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Supply Chain Specialist to join our team and drive excellence across our supply chain operations. In this role, you will be instrumental in optimizing procurement, inventory management, logistics, and production planning processes. Your expertise will help streamline workflows, enhance data-driven decision-making, and foster continuous improvement initiatives. Duties Analyze supply chain data using tools like Tableau, Power BI, and SQL to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement. Collaborate with procurement teams utilizing SAP ERP and Oracle EBS to manage purchasing activities and supplier relationships effectively. Implement Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize inventory control, reduce waste, and improve overall efficiency. Conduct root cause analysis to resolve supply chain disruptions, ensuring seamless production flow and timely delivery. Support demand planning and production scheduling by leveraging MRP systems to align inventory levels with forecasted needs. Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Kaizen events and process mapping to enhance logistics operations and supply chain analytics. Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, procurement activities, and logistics documentation to ensure compliance and transparency. Requirements Proven experience with ERP systems such as SAP ERP, Oracle EBS, or similar platforms for supply chain management. Strong proficiency in data analysis tools including Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and Excel for reporting and decision-making. Knowledge of supply chain concepts such as demand planning, procurement, inventory management, logistics, and manufacturing processes. Familiarity with process improvement methodologies like Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and continuous improvement strategies. Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions effectively within complex supply chain environments. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field preferred; relevant certifications such as Six Sigma or Lean are a plus.
