Job Description

MATERIAL PLANNER
We are seeking qualified individuals for the position of Material Planner to join our team in Greenville, KY.
Responsibilities:
Planning material requirements Scheduling delivery and quantities of material Follow up on all late deliveries Maintain and monitor warehouse inventory transactions Audit inventory Track aged and obsolete inventory Maintain any off-site inventory Coordinate month-end close, working with Corporate accounting staff Work closely with suppliers and Corporate procurement department Write purchase requests for materials Support backup duties in scheduling and customer service Other duties as required
Communication/Organizational Skills:
Effectively communicate both written and verbally with all levels of the organization Strong mathematical aptitude Good listening and reaction skills Elevate issues to management for analysis and resolution Highly organized, analytical, and acute attention to detail required Ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously while effectively managing time Effectively organized and maintains recordkeeping
Experience:
Previous use of IQMS or similar ERP system preferred Previous Manufacturing and/or Procurement experience preferred
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age
Work Location:
In person Monday-Friday (8:00am-4:30pm) Weekends (as needed)
