MRCOOL Influencer and Production Operations Coordinator 48 Remington Way, Hickory, KY 42051 Full-time Full-time About the Role We're hiring an Influencer & Production Operations Coordinator to own two equally important functions: running our influencer program end-to-end, and keeping our video team's planning and logistics on track. What makes this role unique is how the two halves connect — the influencer program serves as a natural pipeline for our video team, surfacing creators, concepts, and opportunities that flow directly into production. You'll sit at that intersection, with visibility into both sides and a hand in making the whole system work. Influencer Program (50%) You'll manage our influencer partnerships from start to finish — sourcing and vetting creators, handling outreach and negotiations, writing briefs, tracking deliverables, processing payments, and reporting on campaign performance. You'll own the roster and keep our influencer strategy aligned with what's working. Video Production Operations (50%) You'll be the operational backbone of our video team — coordinating shoot schedules, managing logistics, tracking project timelines, and stepping in to resolve planning challenges as they come up. The team counts on you to keep things moving and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, film, media, or a related field — or equivalent hands-on experience Familiarity with major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and how creators operate on each Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple moving pieces at once Clear, confident communicator — comfortable reaching out cold to creators and following up persistently Comfortable working in spreadsheets or project management tools A problem-solver who doesn't wait to be told what to do when something goes sideways
