Operations Clerk Company:
Brown Foodservice, Inc.Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00PM Pay:
$12-$13 per hour Overview Join a team that has been delivering quality food service since 1942. As an Operations Clerk, you'll play a key role in supporting transportation and warehouse operations through reporting, coordination, and administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities Complete daily reports and filing, including: Morning Trans Report DVIR Report Backhaul Report POD Usage Report Track and post warehouse and transportation KPIs on communication boards Provide daily Hours of Service (HOS) snapshots to Transportation Management Audit Cintas billing and review findings with management Verify time and attendance records (punch validation only) Submit payroll exception emails Prepare weekly driver incentive reports Verify credited items scanned via Target and communicate updates Maintain and update driver and warehouse communication boards, including safety scoreboards Organize Ryder bills for weekly management approval Order diesel, DEF, and supplies (Uline & Grainger) as needed Assist with Dispatch Track pre-work Answer incoming calls in the transportation office Perform general Samsara system maintenance Monitor fleet vehicles and coordinate maintenance scheduling Support inbound scheduling (future responsibility) Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Basic computer skills (keyboard, mouse, tablet, scanner) Ability to work efficiently, accurately, and calmly in a fast-paced environment Basic reading, writing, and math skills Reliable attendance and punctuality Training & Knowledge GDP training, including: Personnel practices Storage and sanitation Receiving and distribution HACCP standards Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Short-term and long-term disability (STD/LTD) 401(k) plan Additional Requirements Must pass a background check and drug screening UV5A6H6FXUSimilar jobs in Louisa, KY
