Work Model:

Onsite As an Order-to-Cash Specialist supporting Clariant's Catalyst Business Unit, you will own and drive a critical end-to-end process that sits at the heart of our customer experience, from quotation creation through to delivery. Working closely with regional Sales, as well as regional and global Supply Chain and GBS teams, you will ensure order accuracy, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across the entire OtC cycle. Through data-driven analysis, Lean Six Sigma principles, and strong cross-functional collaboration, you won't just keep the process running, you'll make it better, delivering measurable impact on customer satisfaction and business performance. This is an onsite role with openings in Louisville, KY and The Woodlands, TX. We encourage candidates with a background in customer service, supply chain, or logistics within manufacturing and/or the chemical industry to apply.
