Purpose:

The Pharmaceutical Distribution Co-Op will play a vital role in supporting the distribution of Johnson & Johnson pharmaceuticals at our facility through a variety of operational and supply chain-related projects. This position is designed to provide hands-on experience and professional growth opportunities for students looking to build a career in supply chain management and distribution operations. • The typical Co-op term is from June to December, 2025. • Full time requirement (40 hours per week).

Continuous Improvement Projects:

Assist in driving continuous improvement initiatives through Lean/Six Sigma methodologies. This includes participating in cost improvement projects and implementing strategies to optimize supply chain processes. •

Inventory and Operations Management:

Help track critical supply inventory levels and monitor operational metrics. The Co-Op will gain exposure to inventory management on a site, regional, and global scale, providing valuable insights into the complexities of pharmaceutical distribution. •
