Who were looking for:

M&S Machining is seeking a highly ambitious candidate who has experience successfully leading production operations in a technically challenging manufacturing environment. This individual would be required to lead the production activities in a high mix, low and medium volume manufacturing company that specializes in producing tight tolerance, geometrically complex, new products for our customers.

What you'll be doing: Identifying and coordinating solutions to solve complex manufacturing challenges. Analyze processes and develop comprehensive plans to effectively utilize available resources and optimize capacity Organizing production activities to meet customer expectations and company goals. Reading, interpreting, and most critically, applying complex engineering drawings. Researching, developing, and implementing innovative solutions to increase company abilities and growth. Managing resource allocation, including equipment, personnel, and materials for various departments (with the primary focus being on machining) to ensure production objectives are achieved. Maintain and grow a customer centric mindset.

Favorable if you have:

. Experience working in a low and medium volume, high mix manufacturing facility. Experience in the defense and aerospace manufacturing industries. Experience with

ISO 9001/AS 9100

Experience assisting with estimating time/cost products for the aerospace and defense industries/creating bids. Not From the Area?
