This position is responsible for preparing weekly trucking and material summary reports, reviewing and verifying invoices, tracking material quantities and allocations, supporting accounts payable functions, and coordinating logistics-related documentation and communications. The Logistics Administrator will work closely with internal departments, clients, subcontractors, and vendors to support project operations, billing activities, and reporting requirements. This is a full-time position based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, reporting directly to the Director of Logistics.
