Support loading, unloading, staging, transfer, and delivery of materials to warehouse, yard, maintenance, construction, and operations teams. Maintain accurate inventory records for receipts, issues, transfers, returns, adjustments, and material consumption. Assist with cycle counts, physical inventory activities, and reconciliation of discrepancies. Maintain accurate documentation for material transactions including receiving reports and inspection records. Support picking, expediting, and tracking of critical materials required for maintenance and operational work execution. Organize warehouse and yard storage locations to promote good housekeeping and efficient workflow. Support preservation requirements for long‑lead, sensitive, or critical equipment and materials. Ensure compliance with site safety requirements and proper material handling practices. Identify and support continuous improvement opportunities in warehouse operations and inventory accuracy. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Safe and clean driving record. Associate degree, military logistics background, or technical training in supply chain, warehouse operations, or related field preferred. Minimum 3 years of experience in materials coordination, warehouse operations, or inventory control. Minimum 3 years of experience operating lifting equipment and / or driving under DOT restrictions. Experience in industrial, energy, petrochemical, manufacturing, logistics, or LNG environments preferred. Working knowledge of warehouse management practices including receiving, transfers, issuing, and cycle counting. Experience with SAP inventory or warehouse management modules or similar ERP systems preferred. Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and system discipline. Strong teamwork and communication skills with ability to coordinate across functions. Demonstrated commitment to safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. Ability to work in warehouse, yard, and industrial plant environments. Must report to office daily and be able to support 24/7 operations with occasional nights and weekend work as required.
