Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Logistics Clerk to support daily warehouse and transportation operations. In this role, you will coordinate shipments, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely movement of goods. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Process and track incoming and outgoing shipments Prepare shipping documents, invoices, and labels Coordinate with carriers, drivers, and warehouse staff Maintain accurate inventory and logistics records Monitor delivery schedules and resolve delays or issues Enter and update data in logistics systems or spreadsheets Communicate with customers and vendors regarding shipment status Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in logistics, shipping/receiving, or warehouse operations preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, data entry systems) Ability to multitask and meet deadlines Good communication and problem-solving skills Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 lbs Comfortable working in a warehouse or office environment
