When not on the road, the Warehouse Logistics Associate (Driver) will support the logistics department in ensuring inventory accuracy, order processing, and maintaining an organized and compliant work environment.

Transportation Driving:

Safely and compliantly operate a company vehicle (Non-CDL Truck)

Loading/Unloading :

Safely and compliantly load and unload inventory

Maintaining Vehicle Organization:

Maintain an organized, clean, safe vehicle

Equipment Operations :

Operating warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks

Inventory Support Order Fulfillment:

Pick, pack, and stage inventory based on provided documentation

Documentation Organization:

Ensure all required documentation is completed and filed .

Inventory Receiving & Transfer Support:

Support inbound and outbound logistics of cannabis and non-cannabis materials, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all inventory transactions and tracking systems.

Interstate/Intermarket Transfers :

Assist with transferring non-cannabis inventory, equipment, and other materials between states

Inventory Software :

Become familiar with managing inventory within all inventory software systems, which include but are not limited to Dutchie, METRC, and APEX.

Cross-Department Collaboration:

Assist with coordinating with production leadership to expedite inventory distribution and ensure optimal flow at the Bridgewater site

Compliance & Regulatory Requirements:

Comply with all logistics-related operations processes and applicable state and federal regulations, including cannabis-specific requirements and internal company policies.

Perform other duties as assigned by company leadership.

At least 1 year working as a driver is preferred Ability to drive for 8 hours a day Work best in a fast-paced environment Ability to quickly and comfortably switch tasks Experience operating a pallet jack is highly preferred Experience operating a forklift is preferred High energy, enthusiasm, and the willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done You have a flexible schedule Mechanical aptitude is a plus, but not required Ability and willingness to focus on quality control and safety Ability to multitask and adjust to changing priorities Ability to lift at least 50 pounds Ability to effectively and professionally communicate with company stakeholders At least 21 years of age No drug-related felony; ability to pass a comprehensive background check Theory Wellness Inc. is committed to a policy of equal employment opportunity.
