Salary:

FUCHS offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience in a similar position. The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $100,000 per year, but actual salary will vary depending upon a new hire's experience and qualifications as well as internal equity.

Your responsibilities:

This individual will be responsible for successfully leading and refining demand forecast per commercial segment. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Provide strong involvement and support for sales and operations planning (S&OP) activities, meetings and communication. Ensuring the proper S&OP process flow of information and timelines are being met. Track and measure forecast versus actual performance; analyze variances and lead corrective actions by partnering with sales teams to review stocking strategies and assess supply chain risk. Primary contact for issues related to sales forecast focused on specific market segments. Report out and monitor for opportunities to improve monthly key performance indicators such as forecast accuracy, range of inventory coverage, etc. Create and maintain standard reports, dashboards, and planning tools to improve visibility and decision-making. Drive the consolidation of demand planning projects across diverse platforms, ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide goals and strategic priorities. Participate in additional supply chain planning and business initiatives as required to support organizational objectives.

Qualifications we are looking for:

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Supply Chain management, Business, Accounting, Engineering, or another related supply chain field. 3+ years of experience working with demand forecast plan/analysis; supply chain, accounting, sales perspective. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power BI with excellent quantitative and data analysis skills ERP planning experience required, Microsoft Dynamics GP or SAP preferred Ability to travel occasionally (approximately 5%).
