Lakeville, MA Job Description:
The Distribution Agent is a direct report to the Distribution Lead/Supervisor. The Distribution Agent ensures that products, labels, and supporting documents are accurate and compliant prior to transport. The Distribution Agent will help support all label and finished cases QC checks throughout the Distribution process. Agents are responsible for pulling inventory for outgoing orders and for ensuring accurate record keeping of inventory. Distribution agents are responsible for preparing orders for delivery. The Distribution Agent will also flex to aid the packaging department: they are responsible for accurately weighing, packaging, labeling, and preparing cannabis products in compliance with state regulations and company quality standards. This role ensures product quality, maintains inventory accuracy, follows strict sanitation and safety procedures, and works efficiently to meet daily production goals while adhering to all compliance requirements.
Responsibilities:
Verify flower and MIP labels before mass labelingVerify and quality control check finished casesInspect outgoing orders and paperwork for accuracyPull cases for orders ensuring proper tracking using internal sheetsPrepare orders for the transport team, and help load the vanMaintain the physical and digital organization of inventoryCommunicate effectively with other departmentsAssist packaging department
Qualifications:
1+ year of relevant work experience.

Must be 21+ and eligible to obtain required state cannabis agent registrationComputer literatePossess a sense of urgency, problem-solving, and organizational skills with great attention to detailPossess a can-do attitude, resourceful, action oriented, reliable, and a team playerMotivated with flexibility and adaptabilityExcellent communications skills as applied to internal teamsExcellent time management, analytical skills, multi-tasking skills in a challenging environmentAbility to meet minimum physical requirements to work in a production environmentAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and ability to utilize a ladder
