Job Description

Clean Harbors, Norwell, MA is looking for a Regional Supply Chain Planner to join their safety conscious team! Clean Harbors is seeking a Supply Planner to develop and execute supply plans that enable the company to provide optimal service levels to our customers. The Supply Planner will be responsible for managing inventory supply levels for a given region. Planning will include coordination with procurement, transportation, manufacturing, distribution, and branch operations. Why work for Clean Harbors? Optimize network sourcing strategies to build efficiencies across procurement, transportation, and distribution. Develop and maintain a technical roadmap that enables optimized product flow across the supply chain network. Work closely with IT to develop, build, test, and implement new supply chain applications and planning tools. Manage replenishment settings at Branches and Distribution Centers to ensure proper inventory positioning across the network. Review and approve requisitions placed by branch locations to maintain proper inventory levels and prevent excess inventory. Analyze supply chain performance and develop action plans to reduce total landed cost across all product offerings. Collaborate closely with Distribution Center and Branch Operations teams to ensure product flow aligns with operational capacity and customer demand. Partner with offshore planning teams to coordinate planning activities, delegate analytical workstreams, and ensure alignment across global planning resources. Conduct ad-hoc supply chain analysis to support strategic initiatives, network transitions, and operational improvements. Meet with various levels of management to identify, analyze, and resolve supply chain challenges through data-driven decision making.
