Full Job Description About Us:
Biologix USA is a growing life science and laboratory supply company serving customers throughout North America. We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and hardworking Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to support warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping, receiving, and logistics activities at our Massachusetts facility.
Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments Unload, organize, and store inventory Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment Coordinate shipments with UniUni, GOFO, and freight carriers Create shipping labels and prepare shipping documents Manage inventory and perform cycle counts Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse documentation Assist with warehouse administration and daily operational reporting Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards Support customer service and logistics scheduling as needed
Qualifications:
1+ year experience in warehouse, shipping, receiving, logistics, or inventory management preferred Fluent in both English and Chinese Men Strong communication and organizational skills Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical warehouse duties throughout the workday Forklift experience is a plus
