Description Biocytogen is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Operations Associate to support daily business operations across purchasing, logistics, CRM management, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple operational workflows in a fast-paced environment while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all processes. Purchase Order & Operations Support Manage purchase order creation, tracking, and processing. Coordinate order entry, receiving, and fulfillment activities. Work with vendors and internal teams to ensure accurate billing and delivery. Maintain procurement records and ensure compliance with company procedures. CRM & Data Management Maintain and update CRM systems and business databases. Support data entry, reporting, and order tracking. Generate reports and assist with operational data analysis. Cross-Functional Coordination Collaborate with marketing, operations, finance, and vendors on daily business activities. Support logistics coordination, event preparation, and operational projects. Assist with process improvements and workflow optimization. Marketing & Logistics Support Coordinate domestic and international shipping logistics. Prepare shipping documents, labels, and track deliveries. Support tradeshows, marketing campaigns, and company events. Maintain shipping and inventory records.
Requirements Bilingual Proficiency:
Must be fluent in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken). Bachelor's degree preferred in Biology, Business, Supply Chain, International Business , or related fields. Background in Biology / Life Sciences is a significant plus. Experience in operations, purchasing, order processing, CRM management , or logistics support preferred. Familiarity with project coordination, supply chain , or international business operations preferred. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems . Strong organizational and communication skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
