Distribution Planner

What You Will Do As Distribution Planner, you'll be at the center of Island Way's supply chain operations — collaborating across departments, customer locations, and 3PL portals to keep product flowing efficiently across North American markets. You'll own exception management, freight invoice auditing, and shipment tracking while supporting broader process optimization efforts that improve overall supply chain performance.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and track shipment schedules and freight volume to ensure on-time delivery Manage exceptions and serve as the escalation point for 3PL and outbound issues Audit freight invoices, resolve discrepancies, and ensure compliance with budgets Analyze supply chain performance data to identify and act on areas for improvement Who You Are You're an experienced supply chain professional with deep knowledge of logistics and distribution in a CPG environment. You're comfortable with ambiguity, energized by problem-solving, and bring an exceptionally high level of comfort working with Excel. You communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels and know how to use data to tell the story.

Qualifications:
