Job Description

Overview Bowhead seeks a Program Integrator to support the Security Assistance Management Directorate (SAMD). The Program Integrator provides branch‑level operational integration across the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) lifecycle, including case development, execution, closure, reporting, and operational support. This role ensures synchronization between teams, leadership, and stakeholders, enabling informed decision‑making and efficient daily operations. The Program Integrator works closely with the Branch Chief, Team Lead, Program Analysts, Weapon System Managers, Engineers, and other functional partners to maintain operational continuity and mission success. Responsibilities The Program Integrator's responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Operational Integration & Reporting Maintain a thorough understanding of team metrics and pull required reports. Consolidate, review, and submit ACC 1‑to‑N lists. Provide Branch overview briefs to the Branch Chief and support SYNC preparation. Provide feedback to supervisors on taskers, metrics, and mission meeting discussions. Consolidate, review, and submit accountability, OCONUS TDY, and BOG updates. Case Execution & Lifecycle Support Ensure digital case file documentation is uploaded to SharePoint. Send Case Implementation Emails and daily A05s in the absence of the Program Analyst. Track Y requests, AT5, and AM5 actions through completion. Ensure Level III and Level IV coordination and assist with CCM issues as required. Contact CCM when A05s are delayed. Task Management & Branch Coordination Manage Branch taskers including DSB, EEUM, POME, WAR, SDAF, and related actions. Manage WAR, POME, governance products, COCOM crosswalks, SAU inputs, and one‑pagers. Serve as Branch POC for B16 stock and SCMD tracking. Execute shipment posting actions. Serve as FSA and RAD POC. Serve as Transportation Plan POC and reviewer. Financial & Administrative Support Coordinate with BMT on financial reconciliations. Oversee sale order creation, obligation authority establishment, MIPRs, G‑Invoicing, direct charges, purchase requisitions, SPS PRs, DD Form 1625s, and MR sales when required in the absence of the WSM. Ensure completion of SDAF reimbursement packages. Ensure DD Form 448‑2 follow‑up actions are completed within five business days. Team Support & Workload Management Assist the Team Lead with ARP ID assignment, ARP tracking, and ARP distribution to engineers. Manage CMA workload, reports, and mission meeting workbooks; ensure no workload transfers occur without Supervisor and Team Lead concurrence. Monitor CMA remarks, including PEO and PM lines, and task WSMs for updates. Update command assignments and maintain required system access. Qualifications Bachelor's degree. 7 years of professional experience in a related field. Experience supporting FMS, DoD acquisition, logistics, or program management activities. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other data‑tracking tools. Ability to communicate effectively with government stakeholders and internal teams.
Preferred:
Prior experience with
SAMD, FMS
case execution, or Army acquisition processes. Familiarity with systems such as DSAMS, CISIL, GFEBS, or other FMS‑related tools. Experience consolidating reports, managing taskers, and supporting leadership briefings. Physical Demands Work is primarily performed in an office environment. Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds may be required. Some travel may be required to support meetings or program activities.

Must currently hold a security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
