Warehouse/Logistics Coordinator

We are looking for a full-time, highly motivated, and detailed oriented individual who wants to work in a challenging, yet rewarding fast-paced commercial construction department. We are a 2nd Generation family-owned business who truly sees the importance of every member of our team. We are looking for a Warehouse/Logistics Coordinator to work with our Service and Operations Teams to keep the warehouse receiving, shipping, and overall operations on time and organized. Knowledge of HVAC/Construction is a bonus for this role. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively with minimal oversight while also functioning well in a team environment; able to remain focused while sharing a busy office space; highly organized and enthusiastic as well as creative in his/her approach to problem-solving and attention to detail. The individual should possess the following skills: 1. Relevant experience in HVAC and/or Construction is a plus. 2. Highly organized with the ability to multi task. 3. High level of attention to detail. 4. Experience on Jonas software a plus. 5. Experience on a forklift a plus. 6. Good communication skills. 7. Knowledge of Excel spreadsheets. 8. Strong computer skills, understands how to navigate around and store data in logical sequences, at ease with learning new software, etc. 9. Willing to assist in other general duties of the company, as this is a smaller operation and staff needs to be flexible to assist in areas as time and needs require. 10. A Clean Driving Record 11.
