Responsibilities:

Create and update purchase orders to support production. Track supplier deliveries and follow up on order status. Communicate delivery updates to internal teams. Support suppliermunication for order confirmations and shipment tracking. Assist with resolving basic supplier issues (late deliveries, invoice discrepancies, etc.). manage schedule changes and adjust orders accordingly. Work with cross-functional teams (planning, engineering, quality) to support material availability. Identify simple process improvement opportunities.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in supply chain, operations, or business (preferred) or high school diploma with at least 3 years of experience in purchasing field. Strong written and verbalmunication skills, andputer skills (Microsoft Excel/Word) Experience utilizing and ERP system (Oracle Preferred) Strong attention to detail andanizational skills. Pay Details:
