Responsibilities+ Assist in supporting standard facility Key Performance Indicators (KPI) which consistently meet/exceed established goals in safety, quality, sanitation and maintenance+ Create and maintain daily dock schedules+ Communicate with carriers regarding setting appointments and upating load statuses+ Work closely with Operations Supervisor to ensure the work load is being distributed properly and evenly by managing WMS down to the floor+ Work closely with the inventory department and on-site personnel to resolve and problems with the day's orders+ Interact with the customer to communicate order changes and updates+ Maintain various Excel spreadsheets and reports+ Perform other duties as required or assignedRyder is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and Drug Free workplace.
