Job Description

Description Job ResponsibilitiesUpholds the master production schedule and supports progress of production orders.

Manages material transactions from receiving to shipping.

Works closely with Logistics teams to ensure all shipments are managed effectively through internal controls and policies in accordance with customer expectations. Ensures shipment compliance with company standards and policies.

Monitors and supports customer shipment requirements to improve customer satisfaction and service efficiency.

Maintains inventory control, inventory levels, and execution of cycle counting and monthly and annual inventory.

Upholds logistics policies and agreements, including mode, carrier, and supplier agreements that benefit the overall business.

Contributes to the continuous improvement process by identifying areas of improvement.

Leads, mentors, and manages team, providing guidance and support to ensure individual and collective success while fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Skills RequirementsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Proficiency in production planning software and tools (e.g., ERP/MRP systems).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Educational RequirementsBachelor's degree in supply chain, planning, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Certification in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) certification a plus.

Experience RequirementsFive years of experience in supply chain, production control, or related field.
