Full Job Description Job Summary:
A warehouse team leader oversees the daily operations in a warehouse. Your job duties include managing employees, tracking inventory, creating reports for management, and ensuring production goes smoothly.
Duties/Responsibilities:
(Essential functions) Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions. Leads shift team to complete all duties as directed. Act as a communication hub for the team, disseminating pertinent and timely information. Become certified forklift driver to train incoming drivers. Assist Operations Manager and Supervisor with duties assigned. Review signatures, timestamps, part numbers, descriptions, and quantities. Enter documents/ generate invoices for customer requisitions in the inventory system. Complete all safety training. Must be able to pass GAA road test and driving requirements to operate yard/box truck preferred. Assist shipping and receiving unloading and checking in merchandise. Assist with orders by processing requests and supplying orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in the delivery area. Assist with sorting and placing materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to organizational standards. Maintain a clean workspace and clean as you go. Maintain acceptable attendance in accordance with policy. Meet productivity standards with error ratio standards (1 per 1,000). Must be able to work with minimum supervision. Willingness to work overtime when needed. Comply with the necessary PPE, as required. Have reliable transportation. Assist in performing hands-on production and assembly functions. Ensure the safety and productivity of all employees assigned to the designated shift. Enforce all safety and work instruction procedures that are followed. Investigate and report all incidents (spills, accidents, poor performance). Perform duties and follow all work instructions. Maintain knowledge of inventory locations and assist with inventory research projects. Follow established guidelines for equipment maintenance. Capable of handling frequent interruptions.

Qualification Requirements/Education/Skills/Abilities:
Always work safely and adhere to all GAA safety policies. Must be able to work with minimum supervision. Must be able to cross-train all jobs in operation. Strong organizational skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 3-5 years of experience working in lead position, warehouse/ logistics setting preferred. Moderate computer skills. Work efficiently with management on multiple work areas to ensure policies and quality are set in place. Must work safely and adhere to all company and customer safety policies and procedures and comply with necessary PPE as required. Must have regular and predictable attendance. Must be willing to work overtime when needed. Must have a good working relationship with team members of all levels. Must possess a positive teamwork attitude and get along well with others.
