Full-time Position Details Starting Pay:

Full Job Description Logistics & Fleet Coordinator Position Summary The Logistics & Fleet Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting the daily operational flow of the company through material deliveries, equipment transportation, yard organization, and fleet coordination. This position ensures crews have the materials, equipment, and support needed to operate efficiently while maintaining a clean, organized, and professional yard environment. This role requires strong time management, professionalism, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing operational needs. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Safely operate CDL vehicles, trailers, and equipment Transport materials, tools, and equipment between jobsites, vendors, and company facilities Maintain organization, cleanliness, and efficiency of the company yard Coordinate loading and unloading of materials and equipment Inspect vehicles, trailers, and equipment daily for safety and operational readiness Assist with fleet logistics and scheduling Support mechanics and operations staff with equipment movement and staging Maintain accurate delivery and equipment records Assist crews with urgent delivery and operational needs throughout the day Support snow and winter operations when required Follow all company safety policies and DOT regulations Qualifications Valid CDL license required Clean driving record Previous experience in logistics, construction, landscaping, or fleet operations preferred Ability to operate skid steers, trailers, and light equipment preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Positive attitude and professional appearance Compensation & Benefits Starting at $25/hour based on experience Overtime opportunities Company-supported growth opportunities Team-oriented work environment Full-time, year-round opportunity depending on experience and operational needs
