Back Capacity and Banking Senior Specialist#2017017 Auburn Hills, Michigan, United StatesApply X Facebook LinkedIn Email Copy Job Description The SCM Organization helps us to optimize vehicle production to meet the demands of our customers. The Capacity and Banking Senior Specialist role ensures proper inventory banks are tracked by supplier/program to support customer demand. The Capacity and Banking Senior Specialist works in partnership with the Platforms, Capacity sizing, Production Planning and other SCM groups to ensure the program is buildable. Some of the key responsibilities of the Capacity and Banking Senior Specialist are:

Validate and confirm warehouse spacing requirements and contractual commitments to accommodate SCM/IRF/SRM and Electrification (battery) forecasted requirementsSupport interim supplier support plans for trapline and capacity uplifts that require banking (ie PHEV•BK/OT/GR/CP) by tracking Planned vs Actual Bank PlansUpdate physical on-hand inventory, budget spend & forecast requirements and prepare graph/deck for Exec Management Meetings / Governance approvalsCommunicate Release change requirements to the Warehouse providerConduct supplier conference callsRelease analysesRelease compares (diamond reports)Maintain familiarity with assembly plant calendars: Understand calendar, plant operating patterns and capacities/restrictionsMonthly reports to SCM finance on inventory dollar & budget forecastingSupport audits (internal & external) as requiredSupport annual physical inventories (API)Micro-manage bank projects (own start to finish). Determine size, scope, cost and project kickoff activitiesDaily or weekly meetings with 3PL on outstanding tasks/concerns/issues Location(s) 1000 Chrysler Drive, Auburn Hills, Michigan 48326,
United States Requirements Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related fieldMinimum (EIGHT) 8 years of automotive supply chain, logistics, or program management experienceStrong analytical problem solving and communication skillsAdvanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite; experience with Stellantis/FCA systems preferred:
CMIS, ODIMS, PentaSAPPreferred Qualifications:
Master's degree (MBA or Supply Chain)Supplier or customer-facing experiencePlant operations or launch experience
