Job Description

The selected candidate will be a highly motivated, self-directed professional capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. This individual must possess strong attention to detail and the ability to analyze and resolve complex system-related issues. A balanced technical and business mindset is critical to effectively support operational needs. This role offers broad exposure across multiple functional groups within Stellantis.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related fieldMinimum of 8 years of experience in the automotive, OEM, or similar industryCross-functional experience in supply chain management disciplinesPrior experience interacting with multi-disciplinary and operational teamsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independentlyStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsDemonstrated leadership and ability to influence cross-functional teamsExcellent oral and written communication skills, ability to multitask within tight deadlinesAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Data Analytic tools
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Finished Vehicle operations or a related disciplinePrior automotive and/or IT systems experienceFamiliarity with Stellantis ICT systemsProven ability to operate effectively in global, cross-cultural environmentsForeign language proficiencyMaster's degree in Supply Chain Management or MBAThe selected candidate will be a highly motivated, self-directed professional capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
