Job Description:
A leading independent tooling supplier in Macomb is seeking a Materials Planner to support inventory, materials, and day-to-day production operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
Support daily inventory, materials, and production-related activities Review and maintain inventory and production data within the ERP system Assist with inventory accuracy, discrepancy resolution, and material tracking Support production scheduling and material flow activities Assist with reporting, documentation, production reporting support, and work instructions Work cross functionally with operations, production, inventory, and manufacturing teams Help identify and resolve inventory or materials-related issues impacting production Maintain organized and accurate records within the ERP system
Qualifications:
Experience in inventory control and materials management ERP system experience required Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to adapt and support multiple operational areas as needed Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with regular production floor interaction Strong attention to detail and communication skills Experience with Excel and data tracking preferred Manufacturing or stamping experience is helpful but not required
Additional Details:
