Paid Holidays Core Responsibilities Order Management :

Process purchase orders, enter data into the Great Plains system , and maintain accurate order records.

Logistics Coordination :

Update shipping schedules, coordinate with affiliates and sales teams, and prepare essential shipping documents like packing lists.

Inventory Control :

Monitor inventory accuracy, assist with warehouse data gathering, and ensure month-end inventory levels stay within targets. Returns (RMA) : Coordinate with Sales and Accounting to track and monitor returned merchandise.

Office Administration :

Support daily operations by answering the switchboard, purchasing supplies, and assisting with travel arrangements or company events.

Requirements Education/Experience :

Recent graduates or those with 1-2 years of office/logistics experience are encouraged to apply.

Technical Skills :

Familiarity with Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Great Plains is a major plus but not required (we will train the right candidate). Japanese language skill is a plus, not a must

Pay:

$45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
