Proficient in Using Computers. USA Citizenship a Requirement. Driver License or Chauffeurs License. Ability to drive forklifts & trucks. Organized Handling of Materials & Paperwork. Good Record Keeping Skills. Self-motivated & Ability to multi-task. Excellent Communication Skills.
JOB DUTIES
Coordinate daily with the Purchasing &
- Manufacturing departments. Utilize computers to log in material receipts and job updates. Coordinate Incoming &
- Outgoing Materials Receipts &
- Packing Slips with Purchasing. Responsible for packaging & shipping Machined details &
- Sub-Assemblies.
Track Materials Receipt vs Outstanding for Specific Jobs. Track incoming & outgoing Details sent for Special Processing (heat treat, plating, powder-coat, etc.). Responsible for monitoring stock material; and keeping Crib well organized and clean. Assist in keeping shop clean in all departments including rest rooms. Pick-up and delivery of goods to customers.
