A day in the life You clock in, check the inbound schedule, and head to the dock. Pallets arrive—you receive, inspect, and sort product so every item is right where it belongs. As orders drop, you pivot to the pick line, pulling items with precision, packing them securely, and staging shipments for on‑time departures. Throughout the day, you operate equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks safely, keep aisles clear, and team up with coworkers to hit daily targets. Before wrapping up, you run quick cycle counts and flag any inventory discrepancies so our numbers stay accurate. What you'll handle
Receiving:
verify, inspect, and organize inbound shipments for accuracy and quality.
Order fulfillment:
pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for timely shipment.
Housekeeping:
maintain a clean, orderly, and safe workspace.
Equipment operation:
use forklifts and pallet jacks in line with safety protocols.
Inventory control:
conduct counts and report discrepancies promptly.
Team collaboration:
work closely with peers to meet daily goals and deadlines.
Compliance:
follow company policies and safety procedures at all times. What you bring High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Warehouse or related experience is a plus. Strength and stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift. Keen attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately. Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and data entry. Clear communication and a team-first mindset. Flexibility to work varied hours, including overtime when needed.
