We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing hardware requests and ensuring efficient inventory tracking in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Fulfill hardware requests by picking, tracking, and shipping items accurately. Maintain detailed inventory records and perform regular reconciliations. Configure and apply firmware to tech devices as needed. Collaborate with store contacts to understand and address hardware needs effectively. Provide systematic reporting on inventory and fulfillment processes. Skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Experience working with inventory management systems. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficient problem-solving skills and a positive attitude. Preferred Skills Technical degree or relevant certifications. Experience with ServiceNow, Excel, and Point applications. Ability to work independently in a dynamic and ambiguous environment.
