Job Description

Role overview Step into a fast-moving warehouse environment where you're the go-to partner for customers, drivers, and our internal teams. In this hybrid customer service and operations role, you'll keep orders flowing, invoices accurate, and dock activity on schedule—while communicating clearly and professionally across the warehouse and corporate office. A day in the role Start your day by reviewing the prior day's activity, validating invoices for accuracy, and organizing active files for clients with outstanding balances. Generate aging receivables reports and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely collections.
Coordinate on-floor activity:
check drivers in and out, assign doors, and print Bills of Lading (BOLs) and outbound details. Confirm key shipment details such as shipper releases, destinations, and trailer numbers. Monitor product inventory, track load progress, and flag schedule risks early. Enter time-sensitive data quickly and precisely, compiling daily operational and customer delivery reports. Field calls and emails, resolve issues, and proactively communicate trends and updates to customers. Partner with suppliers and service providers to meet cost, quality, and delivery targets. How you'll collaborate You'll work closely with warehouse clerical staff and the corporate team, serving as the connective tissue between front-line operations and customer expectations. Your bilingual communication skills help you support a diverse driver and customer base. What you'll bring High school diploma or GED 2+ years of customer service experience Strong computer proficiency with Microsoft Office (Office 365 experience a plus) Fast, accurate data entry and comfort with time-sensitive reporting Working knowledge of AS400 is a plus Energetic, reliable, and detail-focused Impact you'll make Your accuracy in billing, clarity in communication, and steady dock coordination keep our warehouse humming—and our customers informed and satisfied.
