Supply Chain Planning Coordinator ?? South Saint Paul, MN (Onsite) | ?? Manufacturing (Pet Products) | ?? ~100 Employees ?? What You'll Do Develop and manage daily/weekly production schedules based on demand, capacity, and labor availability Coordinate raw materials, packaging, and component replenishment to ensure uninterrupted production Monitor inventory levels and proactively prevent shortages or overstock situations Partner with production supervisors to adjust schedules based on priorities, downtime, or constraints Track production performance, schedule adherence, and inventory accuracy Collaborate with purchasing and suppliers to improve material flow and delivery timelines Analyze production data and forecasting to optimize operations Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements Maintain accuracy within ERP/MRP systems (work orders, inventory, scheduling data) Communicate production priorities clearly across teams ? What You Bring 2+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, inventory, or manufacturing coordination Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred (injection molding is a plus) Strong understanding of production flow, inventory management, and scheduling principles Experience with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Excel Self-starter with a high sense of urgency and ownership mentality ?? $50,000 - $60,000 Schedule:
