They are the foundation of our Distribution Center operations, ensuring that merchandise moves efficiently from arriving from our suppliers, to deliver to our customers, in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. They also are responsible for responding to emails and calls from the eCommerce team. Distribution Center Associates are driven, dedicated self-starters who work to fully understand clients, systems, and processes. A positive attitude with the ability to work efficiently and independently or in a team is a must. Position Functions Daily Responsibilities Receiving +
Unloading:
Unloading shipments from pallets or trucks; inspecting and logging incoming inventory for accuracy and damages
Putting Away Inventory:
Putting away inventory in designated warehouse locations and using inventory software to receiving into the ERP system.
Order Picking:
Pulling daily order pick tickets, and going to the identified location to pick specific merchandise based on the pick ticket. Packaging +
Shipping:
Securing orders within the most economical shipping packaging; attaching shipping labels; and placing into the shipping area and/or outbound delivery trucks. Safety +
Equipment:
Operating powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, WAVE machines, etc.) and adhering to all safety protocols. Team Membership Work effectively as part of the Distribution Center Team Work in tandem with all teams Communicate in an effective and timely manner regarding issues or ideas Financial & Business Operation Operate in a financially responsible manner Complete assigned reporting and other tasks accurately, professionally and on schedule Perform and complete duties as deemed appropriate by management Impeccable reputation and fit with our

Qualifications Education, Experience, Skills, Expertise High School Diploma or equivalent Capability to perform physically demanding work and ability to work at elevated heights Strong attention to detail, basic math, time management, and the ability to read SKU numbers and racking locations Strong computer skills Strong communication skills Must have a valid driver's license Work Style Business casual appearance with 'can do' attitude and a high level of passion to succeed, sense of urgency and a strong level of self-motivation Strong written & verbal communication, organizational and time management skills, plus the ability to multi-task Strong and consistent ability to prioritize activities within specific time guidelines and handle multiple responsibilities within a specific time frame Physical Demands Requires frequent lifting (up to 45+ pounds) Bending, reaching, standing or walking for long periods of time Working in varying temperatures Fast-paced environment that requires strict adherence to daily production and shipment deadlines
Working Conditions :
General warehouse environment Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm
CST Pay:
$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
