Summary We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Logistics Routing Associate to lead and optimize our daily transportation and delivery routing operations. This role is critical to ensuring timely, cost-effective, and efficient movement of goods. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of routing software, logistics planning, and team leadership. Responsibilities Design and manage optimal daily delivery and pickup routes for drivers based on volume, geography, and service windows. Coordinate contingency plans for weather disruptions, equipment failure, and urgent customer needs. Utilize routing software and GPS tracking tools to monitor fleet performance and improve route efficiency. Continuously evaluate and refine routing strategies to reduce fuel costs, labor hours, and delivery times. Collaborate with dispatch, warehouse, and customer service teams to align operations and resolve issues in real time. Manage and maintain logistics KPIs such as on-time delivery rate, route cost per mile, and driver utilization. Analyze delivery data, identify trends, and produce actionable reports for upper management. Ensure compliance with DOT regulations, safety policies, and company standards. Monitoring missed deliveries, short shipments, and service failures and implementing corrective action Assisting in checking drivers in and out each day
