Supply Chain Intern

The Supply Chain Intern will provide hands-on experience in supply chain management, inventory control, procurement, production planning, and logistics within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is motivated, detail-oriented, eager to learn, organized, analytical, and interested in developing a career in supply chain or operations management. This role has potential to move to a part-time position. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with inventory tracking, cycle counts, and stock reconciliation activities Support procurement and purchasing activities, including supplier communication and purchase order tracking Help analyze production schedules and material availability to support manufacturing operations Collect, organize, and analyze supply chain data using spreadsheets and the ERP system Monitor shipment schedules and coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely deliveries Participate in process improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, cost reduction, and waste elimination Prepare reports and presentations related to inventory levels, supplier performance, and operational metrics Collaborate with production, warehouse, quality, and customer service teams to support daily operations Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Familiarity with ERP systems Basic understanding of inventory management and manufacturing processes Experience working with data analysis or reporting tools
