Job Description

The Volunteer Transportation Support Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for both participants and volunteer drivers within the Volunteer Transportation program. This role is responsible for coordinating transportation requests, scheduling rides, responding to participant and volunteer communications, and ensuring timely, accurate documentation and data entry. You'll provide participant-centered customer service while maintaining strong knowledge of community resources, older adult services, and program eligibility requirements. You'll also assists with outreach and marketing efforts by helping create and publish social media content, promoting community events and volunteer recruitment, and ensuring all communications reflect the mission and values of Three Rivers. Strong organization, communication, and collaboration skills are essential to successfully support daily program operations and community engagement. This full-time position (40 hour per week) is Monday-Friday and will be based in Zumbrota. Starting pay is $22.50-24.50 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally both verbally and in writing. Strong analytical, time management, and organizational skills with the capacity to handle multiple tasks. Extensive experience using Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook), including strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
